This morning our dedicated 10 in 10 runners set off on their 4th marathon, after a very successful first three days. New and proving very popular this year is our daily video diary on CumbriaLive TV - follow the fortunes of the 12 runners here daily between 7-16th May.
In the lead so far is Adam Holland, 23, who last year set a world record at the 10 in 10 and who is comfortably in first place with 2.58, 3.13 and 3.04 so far. Anna Finn, 33, recently became the youngest female to run 100 marathons, and yesterday set a new women's 10 in 10 course record running in a time of 3.46. Results will continue to be updated daily here.
Read more about this year's runners and their inspirational stories. If you are interested in injury management and research, read Graham Theobald's daily blog on this site. Graham, who runs the Body Rehab, is using this year's 10 in 10 as part of an exciting research project into the effects of endurance running on the body.
If you are in the area between 7-16th May and spot any of the runners give them a big cheer. Check out the route map on this site.
Tonight the 10 in 10 runners and their support team are having dinner at the Three Shires Inn, Little Langdale, who are generously sponsoring the 10 in 10. Friends and supporters are welcome to join them anytime from 7 pm.
